This project was a redesign of the Quell app. The app is a sophisticated remote for the Quell TENS device, which helps with chronic pain management. Other key features help to promote habit building and progress tracking for users.
Before beginning a re-design of the existing Quell app, I carried out several user interviews to find out what people's frustrations were with the product, and what their current understanding of all of the available features was.
